Dorothy Calvert overleden

It was with great sadness to learn today, February 22nd, of the death of Dorothy Calvert. She showed, directly after her husband was shot in the sixties, that she was a power woman. She took over the running of the station as well as promoting and managing several popgroups and artist. Next to that running a publishing company and beeing a mother caring for her children. A second heart operation in a few years were to heavy for her. Personaly I was in contact with her a few times when I was wrtiing my book on Radio City in the eighties of last century. It was a warm contact which related to give me information which hadn't been published at that stage before. May she rest in peace.
